In that regard, I have prepared the Application For Amendment To Zoning Atlas and/or Overlay District along with all of the requirements listed therein. Please note that some of the spaces after the questions did not provide adequate space for a complete response so I have prepared an attachment to the Application, as well as an Attachment to the Affidavit that accompanies the Application. I have attached several photographs of the subject properties. Since the area is too large to be completely depicted in one surface photograph, there are several current photographs of the above -referenced properties. I have also attached an aerial photograph that was taken in 1990, which depicts the complete area (all of the above -referenced properties). Finally, I have enclosed our firm's check in the amount of $5,587.50 for the fee for cost of processing according to the City Code, which has been turned over to the City's Cashier.
