Consideration of a resolution approving with conditions a
Major Use Special Permit pursuant to Articles 5, 9, 13,
and 17 of Zoning Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, for
the Rosabella Project located at approximately 446 NE
22"d Terrace, 2221 NE 4th Avenue, 418 NE 22nn Terrace
442 NE 22"d Terrace, 421 NE 22"d Street, 425 NE 22"d
Street, and 447 NE 22"d Street, Miami, Florida, to be
comprised of a 27 story residential building with 258
multi -family residential units, 5 -story parking garage with
470 parking spaces, recreational amenities, and a place
of worship, which totals 4,200 square feet of floor area,
with 11 parking spaces.
