44, 50, 62 SW 3`d Street, and 15, 24, 25, 39 SW 4ah
Street, Miami, Florida, to be comprised of 1,304 multi-
family residential units, 92,043 square feet of office
space, 23,419 square feet of retail space, 9,113 square
feet of riverfront restaurants, and approximately 1,992
total parking spaces.
