Letter of Intent
Dear Ms. Gelabert-Sanchez:
On behalf of Downtown River Village, LLC, a Florida limited company ("Applicant""), we are
pleased to submit this application for a Major Use Special Permit ("MUSP") for Miami River Village, a
riverfront mixed use development consisting of three residential towers containing a total of 1,304
apartment units, 23,419 square feet of retail space, 92,043 square feet of condominium office space, 9,113
sq. ft. of restaurant and 1,992 parking spaces. Exhibit "C" of the Applicant's submittal includes a detailed
list of the requirements included within this MUSP Application. Detailed descriptions of the project, its
various elements, phasing details and impact analysis studies are included within this MUSP Application
as well.

IT IS INTENDED THAT MAJOR. USE SPECIAL PERMITS BE REQUIRED WHERE SPECIFIED USES AND/OR OCCUPANCIES INVOLVE MATTERS

OFFICERS, EITHER THROUGH THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT OR DIRECTLY, FOR REVIEW, ANALYSIS AND/OR TECHNICAL FINDINGS AND
DETERMINATIONS AND REPORTS THEREON. (SEE SECTION 1301.5 OF ORDINANCE 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
