Mr. Joseph H. Ganguzza offered the following resolution and moved its adoption
Resolution:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1903.1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE WHICH FAILED (4-4),
CONSTITUTING A DENIAL OF THE VARIANCE FROM ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF M1AMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401,
SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, REQUIRED REAR YARD, TO ALLOW A REAR
YARD SETBACK OF 5'0" (20'0" REQUIRED) FOR AN EXISTING TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2136 NORTHWEST 18TH STREET,
LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 5, BLOCK 3, OCOEE PARK (2-100), PUBLIC RECORDS OF
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED R-2 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Charles J. Flowers,
the motion was passed and adopted by the following vote:
