Request: Variances as part of a Major Use Special Permit for the Roads End Village Project, from
Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Article 4,
Section 401, Schedule of District Regulations, to allow a south front setback of 10'0"
(20'0" required), a north front setback of 10'0" (20'0" required) and a west front setback
of 7'0" (15'0" required).
Purpose: This will allow a multifamily residential development with less south, north and west front
setbacks than required.
