AMENDED, FOR THE ROADS END VILLAGE PROJECT TO BE
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 928 SOUTHWEST 10T11 STREET AND
915 SOUTHWEST 11TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO BE COMPRISED
OF A RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UP TO 26
UNITS, RECREATIONAL AMENITIES AND APPROXIMATELY 52
PARKING SPACES, WITH THE ADDITIONAL CONDITION THAT PLANS
BE MODIFIED SO HEIGHT DOES NOT EXCEED 25 FEET.
