The Honorable Mayor and Members Of the City Commission FISCAL IMPACT Resolution Ratifying City Manager's Action; Sandwich Meals and Miscellaneous Food Items for Field Force Units During the FTAA Conference No funding allocation was made on MPD's FY'04 General Fund Budget for FTAA-related expenditures. MPD was advised that the City was expecting Federal funding for this purpose. FTAA expenses, therefore, have thus far been processed out of MPD's general operating budget and out of the Law Enforcement Trust Fund, with the understanding between MPD and the Office of Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Performance, that all FTAA-related expenses will be reversed upon the City receiving the expected federal funding.
