recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 73 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade
County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the N.E.'/4 of the N.W.'/4 of Section
16, Township 54 South, Range 41 East; thence S 00°04' 10" E along the East
line of the N.W. '/4 of said Section 16, Township 54 South, Range 41 East for
50.00 feet; thence S 89°59'10" W for 35,00 feet to a point on a line that is
35.00 feet West of and parallel with said East line of the N.W. 1/4 of Section
16, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, also being the Point of Beginning;
thence S 00°04' l0" E along said line that is 35.00 feet West of and parallel
with the East line pf the N.W.'/4 of Section 16, Township 54 South, Range 41
