Choice of 2 medical plans: An indemnity/network
plan through CIGNA Insurance with deductible, and
one HMO Plan through CIGNA Insurance. Enrollment is
optional but waiver forms must be completed if
declined. In addition, vision benefits with no
deductible and dental benefits with no calendar year
limit. The City pays 100% of the Family or Single
premium.
