HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB ResoMiami Zoning Board Resolution No.: 2003-0762 Monday, October 20, 2003 Mr. Allan Shulman offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE OFFICIAL VACATION AND CLOSURE OF A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY, LOCATED IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY NORTH MIAMI AVENUE, THE F.E.C. RAILWAY, NORTHEAST 29TH STREET AND NORTHEAST 36TH STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED I INDUSTRIAL.
