Mr. Allan Shulman offered the following resolution and moved its adoption
Resolution:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE OFFICIAL VACATION AND CLOSURE OF A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY, LOCATED IN
THE AREA BOUNDED BY NORTH MIAMI AVENUE, THE F.E.C. RAILWAY, NORTHEAST 29TH
STREET AND NORTHEAST 36TH STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY
ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED I
INDUSTRIAL.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Carlos Martell,
the motion was passed and adopted by the following vote:

following parcel of land herein described; thence continue S 01°16'42" E
for a distance of 676.01 feet to a point; thence S 88°23'48" W for a
distance of 153.00 feet to a point; thence S 01°16'42" E for a distance of
18.42 feet to a point; thence N 88°23'48" E for a distance of 153.00 feet
