Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1, in a form acceptable to the
City Attorney, to the Agreement dated March 19, 2003 (but effective February 27th, 2003), between
the City of Miami and DavisLogic Inc., d/b/a All Hands Consulting to provide terrorism preparedness
planning and training services to support the Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) Grant Program II
and to increase the total compensation by an amount not to exceed $480,920, from $578,140 to
$1,059,060.
