Allocating funds from the various sources of funds from the user departments and agencies, authorizing said services as needed, subject to availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need. Background Information: This resolution will authorize the piggyback and use of the State of Florida Contract No. 15-973-163- X for Fuel Card Services, on a citywide, as needed, when needed contractual basis, subject to any extensions and/or replacement contracts. The City of Miami Police Department is currently using a fuel card program through Miami -Dade County. Through this fuel card program, the City spent approximately $3,891,084.91 during the last Fiscal Year 2009-2010. In comparison, the City of Miami Police Department can expect to spend $3,531,084.91 resulting in an estimated savings of $360,000. Budget Impact Analvsis NO Is this item related to revenue?
