A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION CODESIGNATING
NORTHWEST 28TH STREET FROM NORTHWEST 17TH AVENUE TO
NORTHWEST 21STAVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS "RADIO PAZ WAY;" FURTHER
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS TO TRANSMIT A COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION TO THE HEREIN
DESIGNATED OFFICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Northwest 28th Street from Northwest 17th Avenue to Northwest 21stAvenue, Miami,
Florida, is codesignated as "Radio Paz Way"
Section 2. The City Manager is directed to instruct the Director of Public Works to transmit a
copy of this Resolution to the Departments of Police, Fire -Rescue, Solid Waste, Miami -Dade County
Public Works, and the United States Postal Service.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{1 }
Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall
become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
