HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZAB ResoMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-10-004 File ID 10-00491zc June 16, 2010 Item PZAB.6 Mr. Guillermo Revuelta offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, TO AMEND PAGE NO. 47, OF THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE APPLICABLE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "R-2" TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN "SD -28" VILLAGE WEST ISLAND SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT AND "NCD -3" COCONUT GROVE NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION DISTRICT TO "C-2" LIBERAL COMMERCIAL WITH AN "SD -28" VILLAGE WEST ISLAND SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT AND "NCD -3" COCONUT GROVE NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION DISTRICT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3825 DAY AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI- DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Upon being seconded by Ms. Ileana Hernandez -Acosta, the motion was passed and adopted by a vote of 7-1: Mr. Charles A.
