Notes:
The Planning Advisory Board recommended denial to the City Commission of
the Land Use Change on May 5, 2010 by a vote of 5-3. The Planning
Advisory Board also recommended to the City Commission on May 5, 2010,
when Miami 21 is adopted, to consider changing this property, along with the
abutting four lots to the West, to the "Medium -Density Restricted
Commercial" land use designation, by a vote of 5-3.
