F * * _ G.0 R_, Miami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-10-003 File ID 10-00624zc June 16, 2010 Item PZAB.3 Mr. Ernest Martin offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, TO AMEND PAGE NO. 37, OF THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE APPLICABLE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "R-3" MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO "PR" PARKS AND RECREATION, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1814 BRICKELL AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA MIAMI, FLORIDA, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Upon being seconded by Mr. Guillermo Revuelta, the motion was passed and adopted by a vote of 8-0: Mr. Charles A.
