The development, designed by Arquitectonica, is a gated community consisting of 8 and 10 -story residential buildings and a two-story clubhouse. It features lush landscaping, walking paths, a scenic outdoor recreation area, three tot lots, a playground, pool and a state-of-the-art clubhouse containing a fitness center, computer learning center, recreational facilities and meeting rooms.
