THE VILLAGE., IS A 578 -UNIT AFFORDABLE MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT IN MODEL CITY. The development, designed by
Arquitectonica, is a gated community consisting of 8 and 10 -story
residential buildings and a two-story clubhouse. It features lush
landscaping, walking paths, a scenic outdoor recreation area, three tot lots,
a playground, pool and a state-of-the-art clubhouse containing a fitness
center, computer learning center, recreational facilities and meeting rooms.
The development site consists of 10.43 acres and is located at the historic
Knight Manor site which was formerly called "Carver Village" The
development will be built in two phases: Phase One (West Village) will
consist of 340 units, the clubhouse and recreation areas and Phase Two
(East Village) will contain the remaining 238 units.
We are also working with the project architect to incorporate affordable
green design elements into the project design to make it eco -friendly. The
use of classic lighting and decorative pavers will further enhance the
appearance of the project.

residential community in the heart of the City of Miami will be a
welcomed addition to Miami -Dade County, A Master -Planned community
