FEET, AND FROM 6 TO 12 STORY HIGH, TO BE COMPRISED OF
APPROXIMATELY 574 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS ON
AN APPROXIMATELY 731,420 SQUARE FEET OF FLOOR AREA, AND
RECREATIONAL AMENITIES; AND APPROXIMATELY 850 TOTAL
PARKING SPACES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN FLOOR AREA RATIO
("FAR") BONUSES; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND STATING
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR BINDING EFFECT;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
