A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION REQUESTING THE
APPROPRIATION OF THE AMOUNT OF $106,307 TO THE VIRGINIA KEY BEACH
PARK TRUST'S FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 FUND BALANCE .
WHEREAS, the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust (the "Trust") is a limited instrumentality of the
("City"); and
WHEREAS, the Trust requests that the City Commission approve a correction to its Fiscal
Year 2009-2010 budget to reflect a fund balance of $106,307, to provide the Historic Virginia Key
Beach Park Trust correct financial information for the formation of the Fiscal Year 2010-2011 budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The City of Miami Commission approves the correction of the Virginia Key Beach
Park Trust Fiscal Year 2009-2010 fund balance in the amount of $106,307.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and
signature of the Mayor.{1}
Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
day from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
