A 14 day notice is sufficient and we would like the ite to be heard on September 23, 2010. The date and time of the public hearing will be 23 at AP vi Galla bi Agenda Coordinator NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING regarding RATIFICATION, APPROVAL, AND CONFIRMATION OF CITY MANAGER'S FINDINGS FOR WAIVER OF BIDDING PROCEDURES TO APPROVE THE FINAL CHANGE ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL WORK FOR FLAGAMI/WEST END STORM SEWER PUMP STATIONS, B-50696. City Hall — 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, Florida The Miami City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 23, 2010 beginning at 9:00 a.m. to consider whether it is in the public's best interest that the City Commission ratify, approve and confirm the Findings of the City Manager justifying the waiver of competitive bids to approve payment in the amount of $121,762.16, for the final change order to Southeastern Engineering Contractors, Inc. for additional Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), asphalt price adjustments, and permit fees for off-duty officers due to a City approved time extension of 120 days, for the Flagami/West End Storm Sewer Pump Stations, B-50696. The Public Hearing will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Commission meeting of September 23, 2010 at: MIAMI CITY HALL 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, Florida All interested persons may appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the proposed issue. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
