The expenditure of attorney's fees and costs, in an amount approved by the City Attorney, for the engagement of Allen, Norton and Blue, for special litigation services for judicial and administrative matters arising out of the collective bargaining process, with funds allocated from Account No. 00001.131000.531010.0000.00000, and the requirement that the City Attorney to report to the City Commission on a quarterly basis the amount of fees and costs incurred to date, is authorized. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{1} Footnotes: K;ORD POIR {1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City.
