A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION RATIFYING THE
APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS AS ELECTED MEMBERS OF THE
OAB/OVERTOWN COMMUNITY OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR TERMS AS
DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. Ordinance 12858, adopted on October 12, 2006, amended Article XI of Chapter 2 of
the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, entitled "Administration/Boards, Committees,
Commissions," by amending certain sections relating to the Overtown Advisory Board.
Section 2. The individuals listed above are hereby elected as members of the OAB/Overtown
Community Oversight Board, to fill terms ending September 30, 2012 or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.

the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
