INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
FOR ATERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Equal
Opportunity Advisory Board, to serve a term ending September 16, 2011, or until the nominating
