Internal Affairs has expressed its interest in exercising its one (lj., Wo -year renewal option for the period August 31, 2008 through August 30, 2010. The rent charged for the renewal period; will be increased by the lesser of CPI or 6%. The final figure cannot be calculated until closer to the renewal date. Therefore, for budgeting purposes, Police should plan an annual rent increase from $18,285 to no more than approximately $19,383 for the next two years. Please indicate your approval by signing in the space provided below and include the source of funding which will pay for the rent.
