BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The procurement of Tires, from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, on a Citywide, as -needed contractual basis, utilizing existing State of Florida Contract No. 863-000-10-1, effective through February 29, 2012, subject to any extensions or replacement contracts by the State of Florida, is authorized, with funds allocated from the various sources of funds from the user departments and agencies, subject to the availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{1} APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS JULIE O.
