HomeMy WebLinkAboutLegislationCity of Miami Legislation 'Resolution File's utuber: 10-01042 City Hall 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 www.miamigov.com Final Action Date: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, AMENDING ARTICLE 42.1 (PENSION), OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT, BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI AND THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, COUNCIL 79, AFL-CIO, LOCAL 871 (AFSCME 871), IN EFFECT FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 2007 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2010, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY FLORIDA STATUTE 447.309(1). BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Memorandum of Understanding, amending Article 42.1 (Pension), of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, between the City of Miami and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 79, AFL-CIO, Local 871 (AFSCME 871), in effect for the period of October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2010, is ratified, subject to the conditions imposed by Florida Statute 447.309(1).
