Information: The Purchasing Department has identified a need to establish a citywide contract for Fire -Rescue Uniforms and Safety Shoes. On February 22, 2010, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation for Bid No. 177145. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on line. On March 12, 2010, at the bid opening, four (4) bidders, responded, and the bids have been tabulated. IPA Corporation, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid per specifications and is therefore recommended for the award. The total estimated annual amount is $165,000.00.
