A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE MIAMI SPORTS AND EXHIBITION
AUTHORITY FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Nathan R. Kurland Chairman Marc David Sarnoff
Walter Frazier Commissioner Richard Dunn II
Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Miami Sports
and Exhibition Authority, each to serve a term ending July 8, 2011, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
