Information: O'Brien's Response Management, Inc. has sent written notice that, Solid Resources, Inc. merged by operation of law into its parent company, O'Brien's Response Management, Inc. As of January 1, 2010, O'Brien's Response Management, Inc. assumed all of the rights, obligations, and duties of Solid Resources, Inc., and is the successor in interest of Solid Resources, Inc. As a result of this merger, is necessary for the City Manager to execute an agreement to effectuate the assignment of contract from Solid Resources, Inc. to O'Brien's Response Management, Inc.
