BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Miami City Commission hereby officially accepts the attached City Clerk's certification of the results of the MiMo Business Improvement Committee's petition process conducted within the month of April, 2010, for the creation of the MiMo Business Improvement District, a special assessment district, subject to the approval of a majority of affected property owners. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. Footnotes: Acceptance of election results are administrative acts which do not require the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
