A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL ASA MEMBER OF THE MIAMI BAYSIDE FOUNDATION, INC., A
FLORIDA CORPORATION, FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Article V, FOUNDATION, Section 5.2 of the Minority
Participation Agreement between the City of Miami and Bayside Center Limited Partnership, a
Maryland Limited Partnership, as amended, the City of Miami shall appoint five (5) members to the
board of the Miami Bayside Foundation, Inc. as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The Miami City Commission hereby appoints the following individuals to serve as board
members of the Miami Bayside Foundation, Inc. for a 3 -year term commencing April 9, 2010 to April 8,
2013:
