RE: Application for Membership on the Housing & Commercial Loan Committee
To Whom It May Concern:
Please find enclosed my application for membership on the Housing & Commercial Loan
Committee and a copy of my resume.
I have spent the last four years of my career evaluating commercial real-estate investments,
including a previous position with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) office of Maryland's
Community Development Administration, and my current position reviewing market rate opportunities
for Terranova Corporation. My experience with the State of Maryland provided me with an in-depth
understanding of affordable housing projects and financing. My past experience, combined with my
current job evaluating significant commercial real estate deals and financing, I believe I will provide
valuable contributions to the Committee.
I look forward to the chance to discuss this position further at the appropriate time. If there are
any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (786) 246-8481 or (305) 779-8931. Thank you for
your consideration.
