Resolution:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY
COMMISSION, OF THE CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING
FOR PUBLIC USE THE EASEMENTS IN BICENTENNIAL PARK LOCATED EAST OF
BISCAYNE BOULEVARD BETWEEN NORTHEAST 9TH STREET AND 1-395,
LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS
OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED "PR" PARKS, RECREATION AND
OPEN SPACE.

5.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
COMMENCE at the Northeast corner of said Tract "A"; THENCE South 87042'09" West, along the Northerly line
of said Tract "A", a distance of 200.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described centerline;
