AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL WHICH FAILED
CONSTITUTING A RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE
AN ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN NORTH MIAMI AVENUE AND NORTHEAST MIAMI
COURT AND BETWEEN NORTHEAST 17TH STREET AND NORTHEAST 17TH
TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY
ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED "C-2"
LIBERAL COMMERCIAL.
