Vizcaya Museum and Gardens will provide the $52,133 match required by the grantor. Information: The City of Miami ("City") was designated a Preserve America Community in 2007. Preserve America is a White House initiative that encourages and supports community efforts to preserve and enjoy America's priceless cultural and natural heritage. The City partnered with Vizcaya Museum and Gardens to apply for the National Park Service Preserve America Grant Program and was awarded $50,000 to provide activities related to supporting local cultural and historic resources.
