A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE EDUCATION ADVISORY BOARD FOR
TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Education
Advisory Board, each to serve for terms expiring May 13, 2014, or until the appointing
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
