The recitals and Findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The City Manager is authorized {1) to execute a License Agreement, in substantially the attached form, with the Owner/Developer for the City's use of the Park Lane Towers site located at 345 Northeast 32nd Street, Miami, Florida, as a passive park which will be maintained by the Owner/Developer, with conditions as stated more particularly in said Agreement. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{2} SUBMITTED INTO THE APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS: PUBLIC R[0R JULIE O. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
