Title: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ESTABLISHING A NEW SPECIAL
REVENUE PROJECT ENTITLED: "FISCAL YEAR 2010 -DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND
SECURITY FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY ("FEMA"), URBAN SEARCH &
RESCUE READINESS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT", AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS, IN THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $1,041,900, CONSISTING OF A GRANT FROM FEMA TO BE USED
BY THE DEPARTMENT OF FIRE -RESCUE, TO ACQUIRE EQUIPMENT, TRAINING, SUPPORT,
ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, EQUIPMENT CACHE PROCUREMENT,
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT SAID
GRANT AWARD AND TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS IN ORDER TO
IMPLEMENT THE ACCEPTANCE OF SAID GRANT.
