Accordingly, attached please find the School District's Preliminary Concurrency Analysis (Analysis). As noted in the Preliminary Concurrency Analysis, the requested zoning change would yield a maximum residential density of 33 dwelling units, which generates 6 students; 3 elementary, 1 middle and 2 senior high students. At this time, the schools serving the area have sufficient capacity available to service the application. However, a final determination of Public School Concurrency and capacity reservation will only be made at the time of approval of final plat, site plan or functional equivalent.
