AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 6, SECTION 612, "SD -
12" SPECIAL BUFFER OVERLAY DISTRICTS, CONDITIONAL
ACCESSORY USES, TO ALLOW A SURFACE PARKING LOT TO
SERVE THE ABUTTING PROPERTY, SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE
CRITERIA, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
550 NORTHWEST 42ND AVENUE AND 4227 NORTHWEST 5TH
STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Purpose: This will allow an extension of time to allow surface parking lot to serve
the abutting property.

Planning Department: Recommended approval of the extension of time and approval with
conditions of the original request.

Note(s): The City Commission adopted the original request on April 23, 2009 by a vote of
4-0.
