As noted in the Preliminary Concurrency Analysis, the requested land use would yield a maximum residential density of 7 multifamily units, which generates 3 students; 1 elementary, 1 middle, and 1 senior high students. At this time, the schools serving the area have sufficient capacity available to service the application. However, a final determination of Public School Concurrency and capacity reservation will only be made at the time of approval of final plat, site plan or functional equivalent.
