Federal regulations governing Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") and other U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development ("HUD") programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of, and an
opportunity to comment on, any amendments to funding of HUD programs. The public is advised of the proposed amendment(s) to
the funding of the City program(s)indicated below: * t *
Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of $52,000 in Emergency Shelter Grant ("ESG") funds from the City of
Miami Neighborhood Enhancement Team — Homeless Assistance Program to Sundari Foundation, Inc. for operating costs.
Discussion and proposed resolution approving an amendment to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program ("NSP") Substantial
Amendment 2008.2 to reflect a transfer of $1,350,000 allocated funds from Strategy A: Establish financing mechanisms for
purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed upon homes and residential properties to Strategy E: Redevelopment of demolished or
vacant properties and to include the NSP — Funded Rehabilitation Program; an amendment to the NSP Implementation Policies to
include the NSP — Funded Rehabilitation Program.
*The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to draft/ amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan.
t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins Tuesday, March 9, 2010 and ends
Wednesday, April 7, 2010. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, April 8, 2010 (public hearing).

Comments to the amendments must be submitted in writing to: 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 2nd floor, Miami, Florida, 33130: Attn: Natasha T. Bordes, and must be received
no later than April T, 2010. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for special
accommodations may be directed to the Department of Community Development at (305) 416-2080 no less than three (3) business days prior to the Public Hearing date.
