Planning Advisory Board Resolution No. PAB-09-047 Wednesday, December 2, 2009 Ms. Donna Elizabeth Milo offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, PURSUANT TO SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT PROCEDURES SUBJECT TO § 163.3187, FLORIDA STATUTES, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3550, 3590, 3592, 3524 AND 3500 SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET, 711 SOUTHWEST 36TH AVENUE; 710 SOUTHWEST 35TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL' TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL", EXCEPT FOR THE NORTH TWENTY FEET PARALLEL TO SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET, WHICH IS TO REMAIN WITH THE "DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL' LAND USE DESIGNATION; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Upon being seconded by Mr. Ricardo J.
