Accordingly, attached please find the School District's Preliminary Concurrency Analysis (Analysis). As noted in the Preliminary Concurrency Analysis, the requested zoning designation would yield a maximum residential density of 112 dwelling units, which generates 27 students; 13 elementary, 6 middle and 8 senior high students. At this time, the schools serving the area have sufficient capacity available to service the application. However, a final determination of Public School Concurrency and capacity reservation will only be made at the time of approval of final plat, site plan or functional equivalent.
