Background Information: The Office of Grants Administration is seeking City Commission authorization to apply for grant funding from FIND for design, engineering, and permitting of the Baywalk, assessment of the associated seawall, and other professional services for the Miami Women's Club Baywalk - Phase I project in an amount not to exceed $300,000. This project is consistent with the Omni Area Community Redevelopment Plan as updated by the City of Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) in 2009.
