A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT COUNCIL
FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Arts and
Entertainment Council, each to serve a term ending March 11, 2011, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
