HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOPHCITY OF MIAMI NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on March 11, 2010 at 9:00 AM at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION WITH ATTACHMENTS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONVEY CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1620-1624 NORTHWEST 58TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO CITY OF MIAMI DEPARTMENT OF OFF-STREET PARKING ("GRANTEE"), LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS: LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 32, of FLORAL PARK 1St AMENDED, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 6, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in the proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5360 (Voice) no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding or at (305) 250-5472 (TTY) no later than three (3) business days prior to the proceeding.
