Note(s): The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval to City Commission of the Land Use Change on March 18, 2009, except for the North 25 feet parallel to SW 5th Street, which is to remain with the "Single -Family Residential' Land Use designation, by a vote of 7-0. Zoning Board: Recommended denial of the original request to change to "G/1" Government and Institutional to City Commission on April 13, 2009 by a vote of 3-2. Also recommended to the City Commission that the Board will not object to an "SD -12" Overlay to achieve the parking needs of the Miami -Dade College, by a vote of 4-1.
