ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT
REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-1
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND R-2 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO G/I
GOVERNMENT AND INSTITUTIONAL.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to G/I Government and Institutional.

Planning Department: Recommended denial.

Notes: The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval with a condition of the Change of
Land Use on March 18, 2009, by a vote of 7-0.
Zoning Board: April 13, 2009.
